Ilia Topuria’s predictions so far have been on point. The mystic Georgian-Spaniard had previously predicted that he would knock out Max Holloway and Charles Oliveira. He delivered exactly what he said he would.
And now, Topuria’s prediction that he will fight on the South Lawn of the White House has come true. Earlier today, during UFC 326, the promotion unveiled all the fights it has planned for June 14.
The White House Card, dubbed UFC Freedom 250, will have just 6 fights. The main and co-main events are title bouts.

Topuria (17-0) who claimed the lightweight belt by knocking out Charles Oliveira at UFC 317 in 2025, is now confident he can extend his undefeated record to 18-0 by dismantling “The Highlight” on June 14.
The 29 year old two-divison UFC champion plans to defend his lightweight belt once before moving up to 170 pounds in pursuit of three-division glory.

Justin Gaethje reacts to the announcement
Justin Gaethje was in attendance at UFC 326, and when he found out that he would be fighting Ilia Topuria on June 14 at the White House, he was overwhelmed. The current and two-time interim UFC lightweight champion said:
I feel amazing. I kind of knew. But it’s amazing. I’m not almost crying, but I’m very proud.”

When Topuria was on a hiatus due to personal reasons, Gaethje grabbed the interim strap at UFC 324 by brutally dismantling Paddy Pimblett for five rounds, and now at the White House, the American fighter will aim to defy all odds and dethrone “El Matador” to become the new undisputed UFC lightweight kingpin.
