Max Holloway is a part of the UFC’s new Gloves for Good Program, which will launch in partnership with Holloway at UFC 326 and is designed to raise funds and awareness for athlete charities.
Selected athletes will partner with artists to design a one‑of‑one custom pair of UFC gloves with proceeds benefiting the charity of their choice, after the event.

On UFC 326 media day, “Blessed” talked about how he came up with the idea:
I’m so excited for this, bro. I texted Brian Smith, and I was like, ‘We need to do something like the NFL ‘My Cleats, My Cause’ thing.’ He said, ‘We were actually thinking of doing something.’ Then we came up with the idea of ‘Gloves for Good.'”
Max Holloway was the recipient of the Forrest Griffin Community Award in 2021 (an honor given to UFC athletes for exceptional charity work and their positive impact on society). Reportedly, the Gloves for Good Program will be offered each year to athletes who win the aforementioned award.

Max Holloway’s gloves are designed by Ant Kai and are inspired by elements of Hawaii, reflecting Holloway’s roots. The gloves feature a green, blue, and red pattern and appear to showcase exceptional craftsmanship, based on the pictures shared so far.

As per UFC, fans can enter to win the custom gloves by donating between 25$- $100, at AllTroo.

The lucky winner will not only get the one-of-one pair of UFC gloves, but will also get to watch the BMF champion’s next bout, with the UFC taking care of the entire trip and other expenses.
About that, Holloway added on media day:
It’s gonna be so cool for the guy who wins the auction. With that, you get to come to one of my future fights; you’ll be my VIP, and the UFC is going to take care of you with hotels and rooms. It’s just awesome, man.”
All proceeds from this initiative will benefit underprivileged youth in Hawaii through the Max Holloway Foundation and the UFC Foundation, according to the promotion’s official page. About the same, “Blessed” added:
It’s a one‑on‑one glove, and it raises funds and awareness for local charities in Hawaii: Boys and Girls Club, other nonprofits, and my own Holloway foundation that we’re going to be working with underprivileged kids in Hawaii.”
Holloway has not yet received the gloves and has just seen pictures of them. During the media day sitdown, he joked that he wanted to wear them during the UFC 326 Paramount faceoff:
I didn’t even see the gloves yet; I’ve only seen pictures. I’m harassing Brian to let me use them in the Paramount face‑off. I’m going to get him in trouble.”
