As per a latest report by The Daily Telegraph, Frank Warren’s Queensberry Promotions is suing Dana White and Turki Alalshikh’s affiliated companies for $1 Billion.
Queensbury Promotions believes they should have been involved in the creation of Zuffa Boxing. However, after being left out, the 73-year-old boxing promoter now claims that TKO Group Holdings and Saudi Arabia’s Sela breached exclusivity agreements by forming Zuffa Boxing without Queensbury Promotions’s knowledge.
Hence, Queensbury Promotions is seeking compensation from Sela and TKO for breach of contract and will take matters to the High Court if a resolution is not reached.
The Daily Telegraph report mentioned above reads:
Mr. Warren’s company, Queensberry Promotions, is claiming Sela and TKO breached contracts they had signed with him and went behind his back to form a venture that aims to revolutionize and dominate boxing.”
It continues:
Legal letters have been traded, and unless TKO and Sela throw in the towel, Mr. Warren intends to take his case to the High Court. Queensberry will seek up to $1bn compensation for income the company claims it would have made had the contracts been honoured.”
Breaking down why Dana White and Turki Alalshikh are being sued for $1 Billion In New Lawsuit
British boxing promoter Frank Warren’s Queensbury Promotions is preparing to take legal action against Dana White and Turki Alalshikh’s affiliated companies ~TKO Group Holdings, Inc., and Sela, as mentioned above.
As per the report posted above, letters have been sent to both parties concerning what Queensberry wants to do. However, if the matter is not dealt with, Warren will prepare for a $1 Billion High Court battle.

Queensberry Promotions alleges that it entered into an exclusivity agreement with Sela in September 2023 and later signed a separate agreement with TKO Group Holdings. According to the report, the deal granted TKO access to Queensberry’s 2023 contract with Sela, along with other business materials and insider information, giving both companies (TKO and Sela) a competitive advantage in the boxing market.
According to Queensbury Promotions, Sela and TKO then went on to create Zuffa Boxing by going against the pre-existing exclusivity agreements and not keeping Queensbury Promotions in the loop.
Queensberry Promotions claims it was neither informed nor involved in the creation of Dana White’s Zuffa boxing, as a result of which they lost $1 billion in income, which Warren is now seeking to recover.
Dana White is yet to respond.

However, Sela has denied all these allegations. Via a spokesperson, they recently communicated:
We are disappointed by the unfounded claims brought by Queensberry and Frank Warren. We reject them in their entirety and are confident that the facts will fully vindicate our position.”
