Dan Hooker continues to take sharp digs at Paddy Pimblett. This time, ‘The Hangman’ fired another jab at the Scouser by narrating an incident related to Conor McGregor and Pimblett.

Hooker will enter the octagon this weekend against Benoit Saint-Denis at the UFC 325 co-main event and will look to return to the win column after his 2025 UFC Qatar loss to Arman Tsarukyan.

On media day, Dan Hooker gave his thoughts on Paddy Pimblett’s UFC 324 performance. ‘The Baddy’ could not get his hands on the interim title this past weekend and lost to Justin Gaethje by unanimous decision after a 5-round war. Although the bout was a striking fest, some fans criticized it because the fighters relied more on brawling than on technique.

Hooker is not a fan of Pimblett, given the recent feud that’s been brewing after both fighters traded comments below the belt. When commenting on the Brit’s UFC 324 performance, the Kiwi labelled it as poor and “dog*hit.”

‘The Hangman’ then talked about how Pimblett plays the heel, then acts like he’s the victim and innocent. The 35-year-old narrated an alleged incident between Pimblett and Conor McGregor that dates back to 2017. Hooker claimed that McGregor once confronted Pimblett over blasphemous remarks ‘The Baddy’ had made about the Irishman.

As per Hooker, the Dubliner went to the Brit’s residence in Liverpool to confront him. However, Pimblett allegedly refused to come out.

This guy talks, talks, talks, talks, and then he gets caught on his sh*t, and he just turns into a victim, and he goes into victim mode straightaway. Like, he’s talked sh*t. Is it common knowledge that he talked sh*t about Conor McGregor, and then Conor McGregor drove around to his house? He sat outside in his car calling the bloke, and Paddy refused to come outside. That tells you all you need to know about a guy.”

In 2017, McGregor went to the Grand National at Aintree (a national hunt horse race showcasing three days of world-class racing). During this same time, there was also a clip of the Irishman partying with another Scouser in a treehouse. McGregor planned to show up at Pimblett’s doorstep in 2017, but went to the wrong residence.

About that clip and if Conor McGregor showed up at his doorstep to confront him, Pimblett previously told Pub Talk:

He was meant to have turned up at my house, but he turned up at the wrong door. He was on a mad bender years ago in Liverpool; there were videos of him in a treehouse was with another Scouser at the time. My mum had a camera, not a ring doorbell, so obviously I rang my mum and said ‘check the cameras there, because if McGregor’s knocked at our house it’s getting videoed and put on my Instagram immediately’ but he never. I wish he did because I would have been like ‘yes Con, what’s happening, are we going for a bevvy?'” [h/t: The Mirror]

Previously, at a presser, he also clarified about the 2017 incident.

Check out Paddy Pimblett’s comments below (4:42):

In 2026, McGregor and Pimblett do not have a strained relationship, and most recently, ‘The Notorious’ backed ‘The Baddy’ before UFC 324.

More interestingly, there have been rumors that McGregor could face Pimblett on his UFC return after fights against Michael Chandler and Jorge Masvidal were ruled out by Dana White.
