Arman Tsarukyan has revealed that a hotel worth 25 million dollars is the biggest purchase he has been involved with, underlining how secure his financial position has become while he waits for a UFC title shot. The lightweight contender discussed the investment during a recent media appearance in his home region.

Arman Tsarukyan says $25 million hotel is his biggest-ever purchase

Tsarukyan has stayed busy in early 2026 even without a fight booked, spending the last few months on a media tour and appearing on several shows. During those interviews he has repeatedly taken shots at the UFC’s decision to stage an interim lightweight title fight on January 24, a move that has effectively delayed his path to a championship opportunity despite his current status near the top of the rankings.

The Armenian-Russian fighter is widely viewed as one of the most deserving contenders at 155 pounds, which has fuelled frustration among his fans and some pundits over the division’s direction.

Financially, though, Tsarukyan appears comfortable enough to wait. In a video for Mash Na Sporte, later reposted by Red Corner MMA, he was asked about the most expensive thing he has ever bought.

“I think it was a hotel,” he answered, explaining that at the time of purchase the property was valued at 25 million dollars. The comment fits with a public image that already includes regular social media clips of him eating large meals in high-end venues and travelling in clear comfort.

That lifestyle has become a talking point inside the division. Tsarukyan has spoken previously about not being driven by money, which he says is why he can afford to be patient about his next bout and the timing of a title fight. His family’s success in business has been “well documented,” and while he was not born into wealth, their later prosperity has led some rivals to question his hunger.

Paddy Pimblett, among others, has openly criticised him and suggested that the lightweight contender has had life go his way behind the scenes.
