While promoting her MMA return, Ronda Rousey has shown no love to the UFC brass and her ex-boss, Dana White.
Rousey is set to face Gina Carano on May 16 inside a hexagon cage. On the same card, former UFC heavyweight champion Francis Ngannou will be locking horns with Philipe Lins.

This event marks Netflix’s first-ever live MMA broadcast and Jake Paul’s MVP’s inaugural MMA event.
Most recently, the Nate Diaz vs. Mike Perry bout was officially added to the May 16 card, making it the first triple-headliner MMA event on Netflix.
Ronda Rousey Torches Hunter Campbell
After the Nate Diaz vs. Mike Perry bout announcement, “Rowdy” took to X to promote the event and, at the same time, issued a fiery warning to the UFC brass, specifically targeting UFC CBO Hunter Campbell, and threatening a revolution. She posted:
Welcome to the revolution @NateDiaz209 @PlatinumPerry !! It’s the FIGHTERS vs the establishment – and we’re gunna win! May 16th only on @netflix P.S. #HunterCampbell pissed off the wrong bi*ch, I’m coming for your job motherf**ker🖕🏼😎🖕🏼”

Ever since the Rousey vs. Carano bout was made official, the 39-year-old has taken multiple shots at the UFC over issues such as low fighter pay, the White House card, the quality of fights the promotion has been putting on after the Paramount deal, and more.
She previously said this during a Netflix presser:
He [Dana White] knows the White House card sucks [laughs]. He knows they were pushing this for over a year, and it fell extremely short of expectations. He was so upset about it… The UFC is one of the worst places to go to now.”

The former bantamweight queen originally wanted to fight Gina Carano under the UFC’s banner and had even reached out to Dana White. However, things didn’t work out, and the fight ultimately fell through with the UFC.
Fans may never see Nate Diaz in the UFC again
Nate Diaz, who parted ways with the UFC in 2022, had recently renewed his interest in signing a new deal with the promotion and was rumored to meet Conor McGregor a third time.
The Stockton native also wanted to fight for the BMF belt again, which he believes is rightfully his.
However, there’s no UFC homecoming possible for Nate Diaz now, as per analyst Luke Thomas. Thomas recently posted on X, explaining why Diaz might never be welcomed by Dana White and Co. ever again:
Diaz taking this fight [vs. Mike Perry under the Most Valuable Promotions banner] closes the door on a UFC return completely. So whatever Diaz is making or planning for future fights, he’s doing so knowing there’s no UFC homecoming possible now.”
