KSW returns to the Hala RCS venue in Lubin, Poland for a stacked KSW 115 fight card, headlined by a can’t-miss clash for the promotion’s undisputed bantamweight championship.
Reigning 135-pound titleholder Sebastian Przybysz will put his gold up for grabs against Ukrainian standout Vitalii Yakymenko. It will be Przybysz’s second defense after coming out on top against Marcelo Morelli in June. Meanwhile, Yakymenko rides into the main event spotlight having won eight of his last nine, including an impressive third-round TKO finish against Rogério Bontorin in his KSW debut last year.
In the night’s co-main event, top-five welterweights collide when the third-ranked Artur Szczepaniak battles the #5-ranked Kacper Koziorzebski. Szczepaniak walks into the bout sitting on a three-fight win streak—all coming inside the distance. Szczepaniak boasts a 6-2 record under the KSW banner with a 100% finish rate.
On the flip side, Koziorzebski will be making his 11th KSW appearance, where he also sits with six wins against four losses. Unlike his opponent, Koziorzebski is much more familiar with going the distance, having earned decision wins in five of his six promotional victories.
